Some days feel like full circles. This one definitely did.
Photographing Kenna's wedding wasn't just another celebration - it was personal. We met years ago through college ministry, while we were both young and head-over-heels in love with Jesus. Our lives were full of late-night conversations about faith, purpose, and filled with girl time. And now here I was, years later, watching promises unfold in a little corner of the world that felt both sacred and simple.
The whole day felt like a breath of fresh air. Intimate, intentional and nothing overdone. Just the people who mattered most in the world to Kenna & Corey. The people who loved them and wanted to celebrate them.
No moment went unseen. They didn't rush through anything. There was time for hugs that lingered, for prayer, for spontaneous laughter and quiet moments tucked into corners. One of my favorite quiet moments was when Kenna sat down in her bedroom, overlooking a window while writing the words she had been storing up in her heart, vows to her love.
I watched new and old friends embrace one another, family gather close, and two people commit their lives to each other in a room with the love of God so tangibly present.
It felt like home in the best way - familiar, warm, full of grace. The rain felt like kisses from heaven. It truly was the most beautiful full-circle moment I was honored to witness.
